If you believe in the power of collective action, value genuine relationships, and want to contribute to a real purpose—advancing healthcare in Brazil by caring for our customers and fostering the growth of their businesses—your place may be here. **So, are you ready to become a TSM?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze operational indicators and planning to identify deviations and potential improvement opportunities; * Analyze historical trends and seasonality of demand for items, orders, and parts—both received and shipped; * Support weekly resource sizing for operations to prevent any operational disruptions; * Plan the distribution center calendar to improve scheduling and control over demand; * Gather data on achieved results for presentation to management and executive leadership; * Support monthly resource sizing for operations; * Record and monitor operational area performance metrics; * Conduct time-and-motion analysis; * Prepare presentations containing operational information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in logistics operations; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience with management systems (WMS/Senior). **Additional Information** Department: Logistics Work Model: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 5:45 PM.
