




We are looking for a BDR to work in person in the Ingleses neighborhood, Florianópolis/SC. **Workplace:** In-person in Ingleses \| Florianópolis. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday. Business hours. **Employment model:** Individual contractor (PJ) **Main responsibilities:** Active prospecting of new clients (outbound); Lead qualification and identification of business opportunities; Making contact via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn; Scheduling meetings for the sales team; Updating information in the CRM; Supporting the development of prospecting strategies. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in sales-related roles; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile; Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; Experience in B2B sales is desirable. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience with outbound prospecting; Background in technology or services sectors; Knowledge of sales techniques and lead qualification.
