We stand behind brands that distinguish themselves in the market through consistency, purpose, and speed: * Pink Perfect * Le Moritz * Brain Juice * Doctor Sales * House of Motors What You’ll Do Here: * Assist our customers via chat, e\-mail, social media, and phone—always with friendliness and clarity. * Answer questions, support pre\- and post\-sales, and ensure an outstanding experience. * Verify, update, and approve orders. * Participate in sales campaigns and our commercial strategies. * Act with strong proactivity, bringing ideas, improvements, and suggestions. * Take ownership of full projects—from start to finish—and analyze their outcomes. * Work with organization, decision\-making, and significant autonomy. **Requirements We Seek:** * Prior experience in e\-commerce customer service. * Experience with Reclame Aqui. * Comfort working online. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and appreciation for processes. * Eagerness to learn, test, create, and make things happen. **Work Model:** * Hybrid – in\-person at Estreito (Florianópolis). * Average of 3 in\-person days per week, adjustable based on demand. * PJ contract – salary negotiable. **Benefits:** * Uber covered by the company on in\-person days. * Lunch provided by the company on in\-person days. * Paid vacation of 30 days after 12 months of employment. * Birthday day\-off \+ a birthday gift. * Gogood (platform offering gyms, psychologists, nutritionists, and discounts) — available after 3 months.
