Organization of documents, contracts, and reports We are looking for a B2B Commercial Assistant to support commercial routines, working directly with corporate clients and providing assistance to the sales team. Main Responsibilities: Support the sales team in serving B2B clients Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals Update customer and opportunity records in system/CRM Customer follow-up and post-sales support Organize commercial documents, contracts, and reports Requirements: Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in progress is a plus) Previous experience in B2B commercial area Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) Preferred Qualifications: CRM experience Experience in consultative sales or corporate client service Knowledge of negotiation and commercial routines Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.586,83 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
