This network of operations aims to make us Brazil’s leading private healthcare provider network. \#vemparaobaiasulhospital \#vemserhospitalcare \#vemparahospitalcare \#grupobaiasulhospitalcare **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect data required for the daily General Huddle and notify bed management team via on-duty mobile phone regarding patient discharges; * Schedule, collect, and organize internal clinical exams at the Hospital; * Notify the responsible nurse about any transport needs, including date, time, and location; * Participate in the sector’s Safety Huddle and update pending exams and patient requests; * Support Tasy system entries under the "Bed Management" field and inform family members about the process; * Verify daily sector requirements regarding quantities of hygiene and patient comfort supplies; * Place material orders and organize received items twice weekly from the warehouse, maintaining organized stock and appropriate availability for use; * Organize medical records of ICU inpatients; * Receive visitors and companions, guiding them on flow and rules; * Initiate maintenance service orders for building infrastructure and equipment failures or defects; * Update the Huddle board and patient board per identification protocols; * Retrieve blank Death Certificate forms from the Emergency Department for completion by the medical team; * Collaborate with the nursing team to maintain organized nursing station countertops; * Maintain the materials, equipment, and linen room orderly and clearly labeled. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (higher education in Health Sciences is a plus); * Agility and attention to detail; * Strong public-facing interpersonal skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** ***Benefits*** ***The Baía Sul / Hospital Care Group prioritizes your quality of life, thus offering special care for you:*** * Meal Allowance — Pluxee Multibenefit Card (Sodexo); * Transportation Allowance; * UNIMED Health Plan; * Amil Dental Dental Plan, extendable to dependents and affiliates; * Wellhub (Gympass), extendable to dependents; * Study Assistance Grant; * Training Platform.
