If you’re looking for a place where work has meaning, talent is recognized, and there’s genuine room for advancement—this is your place. **✨****Join us in building the future.** **WHAT WE OFFER** * A welcoming, innovative, and collaborative work environment. * A career development plan with real growth opportunities. * Participation in challenging and strategic projects. * Ongoing training and capacity-building programs to keep pace with changes in the accounting market. * Competitive benefits and emphasis on work-life balance. **ABOUT THE POSITION – TAX ASSISTANT** We seek a committed, organized, and genuinely eager-to-learn Tax Assistant who wishes to develop within a technical, collaborative, and excellence-oriented environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Entering incoming and outgoing invoices into the system. * Basic verification of tax-related data—including CNPJ, CFOP, CST, NCM, amounts, tax bases, and rates—as instructed. * Organizing, digitizing, and archiving tax documents, including those related to imports. * Operational support in calculating taxes such as ICMS, ISS, and withholdings, always under supervision. * Entering information into ancillary obligations (e.g., SPED Fiscal, GIA, and others), per analyst direction. * Updating internal control spreadsheets and reports. * Preparing data and information for review by the Tax Analyst. * Identifying and correcting inconsistencies in entries, as flagged by supervisors. * Conducting basic research on changes in tax legislation, when requested. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Completed high school; currently studying Accounting; * Basic knowledge of tax routines. * Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-conscious. * Interest in learning about taxation and import operations. * Basic proficiency in Excel and tax systems is a plus.
