We are looking for a qualified professional to join our team as a **Tax Assistant**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in tax-related routines; * Experience working in an accounting office; * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Familiarity with accounting management systems (Domínio system is a plus); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; **RESPONSIBILITIES** The selected professional will be responsible for: * Recording journal entries (purchases, services, and sales) in accordance with accounting/tax principles; * Calculating taxes under the Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit regimes; * Calculating withholdings from incoming invoices; * Filling out declarations related to Simples Nacional (PGDAS, Sintegra, DeSTDA) and Presumed Profit; * Filling out municipal declarations; * Providing client service based on state, federal, and municipal legislation. **BENEFITS** * Swile meal/voucher allowance of BRL 500.00 per month; * Uniodonto dental plan after probation period; * Attendance bonus; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Access to an online platform of courses and training; * Structured career and salary progression plan; * No dress code; * Fresh fruit available all week; * Free cake every Friday; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Professional development and career growth opportunities; * One day per week remote work after probation period.
