If you identify with us, join TopMed and make a difference in people's lives! **Role Mission:** We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and organized Mid-level Recruitment and Selection Analyst to operate within a collaborative and continuously evolving environment. **Work Location:** Rua Sebastião Furtado Pereira, No. 60, 10th floor – Tower II – Barreiros, São José – SC, 88117-400 **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Work Modality:** On-site **Responsibilities:** * Map ongoing and future projects and requirements. * Define scope, objectives, schedules, and dependencies for projects. * Create and maintain a centralized project and initiative backlog. * Support prioritization efforts together with project owners and responsible departments. * Monitor project execution alongside responsible departments. * Track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. * Consolidate status, risk, and dependency information. * Support managers in managing changes to scope, timelines, and priorities. * Identify, analyze, and report risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies. * Propose mitigation plans and alternatives to support decision-making. * Ensure early visibility of impacts and deviations. * Centralize project communications. * Conduct follow-up and alignment meetings. * Prepare and disseminate clear, objective, and executive status reports. * Facilitate alignment among departments and internal and external stakeholders. * Implement and promote best practices in project management (PMBOK and agile methodologies). * Define rituals, workflows, templates, and minimum governance standards. * Support building a project management culture across the organization. * Ensure proper organization of project documentation. * Maintain records of scope, decisions, risks, schedules, and lessons learned. * Ensure traceability and historical tracking of initiatives. * Conduct post-project evaluations (lessons learned). * Propose process and governance improvements. * Gradually evolve toward supporting process management, KPIs, and strategic projects — always without direct authority over people or budgets.
