




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Responsible (TR) Pharmacist for distribution, ensuring compliance with Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDP/GSP) and product quality from receipt through delivery. Coordinate audits and training on Good Practices and quality We are looking for a pharmacist specializing in distribution to serve as the Technical Responsible (TR), ensuring compliance with Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDP/GSP) in accordance with ANVISA regulations (RDC No. 430/2020 and RDC No. 653/2022\). Your primary mission is to ensure the quality, safety, efficacy, and traceability of pharmaceuticals and health products throughout the entire logistics chain — from receipt to final delivery to the customer. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and implement the Good Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain updated licenses and authorizations (AFE, Sanitary License). Qualify and monitor suppliers, customers, and transportation companies. Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch, controlling temperature, humidity, and product expiration dates. Ensure traceability and adherence to FIFO/FEFO inventory systems. Properly control and dispose of expired, damaged, or quality-suspect products. Coordinate audits, inspections, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct periodic training on Good Practices and quality for all team members. Support logistics department management. **Requirements:** Job Requirements **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with active registration at the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF). Prior experience in pharmaceutical or health product distribution, storage, or transportation is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** Current sanitary legislation (RDC 430/2020, RDC 653/2022, among others). Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDP/GSP). Traceability and inventory control systems. Management of non-conformities, complaints, and product recalls.
