We are seeking a talented and committed professional to join our high-performance team and contribute to highly relevant projects. * Identify and assess occupational hazards in the workplace, proposing control and mitigation measures; * Develop, implement, and conduct occupational safety training and awareness programs; * Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures; * Investigate and document accidents and incidents, proposing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions; * Collaborate with the Human Resources department on occupational health and safety matters; * Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge; * Promote a safety culture through best practices and team engagement. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with specialization in Occupational Safety; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role; * Solid knowledge of occupational safety legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Experience in industrial construction sites with a strong safety culture; * Leadership, influence, and teamwork skills; * Must reside in Porto Belo, Balneário Camboriú, or nearby regions.
