If you identify with us, join TopMed and make a difference in people's lives! **Job Mission:** The Telehealth Nurse is responsible for delivering healthcare assistance through telehealth platforms, providing guidance, monitoring, and remote support to users. They operate in compliance with healthcare protocols, ensuring service quality and contributing to health promotion and disease prevention. **Responsibilities:** * Answer calls according to the contracted SLA. * Record clock-in, clock-out, and break times, complying with NR17 regarding minimum break and lunch durations. * Remain logged in during the contractual working hours (6 or 6h20 daily). * Remote Patient Care: Provide remote patient care via designated telehealth platforms, delivering nursing guidance, clarifying doubts, and directing patients to appropriate care. * Assessment and Triage: Conduct clinical triage of patients, evaluating signs and symptoms, identifying case severity, and recommending interventions or medical referrals when necessary. * Health Guidance: Deliver educational health guidance related to health promotion, disease prevention, and management of health conditions, following established clinical protocols. * Registration and Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and guidance provided during telehealth sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Appropriate Referrals: Identify the need for referral to other levels of care, such as medical consultations, emergency services, or specialized follow-up. * Technical and Operational Support: Provide technical support to users operating the telehealth platform, assisting with any technological difficulties. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services comply with healthcare standards, data privacy regulations (LGPD), and nursing best practices. * Health Promotion: Contribute to company health promotion campaigns and programs, participating in health education, disease prevention, and continuous service improvement. **On-site Work Location:** Rua Sebastião Furtado Pereira, nº 60, 10th floor \- Tower II \- Barreiros, São José \- SC, 88117\-400 Requirements: **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing. * Active COREN registration. * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. * Basic computer literacy.
