If you believe in safe and sustainable food, enjoy challenges, and want to learn marketing hands-on — helping deliver results efficiently and consistently — join our team! **Work Model:** Hybrid — Florianópolis (Square SC 401) | 3 days onsite. **Stipend:** R$ 1,000.00 + Wiipo Card R$ 730.00**.** **Your Responsibilities:** **Content & Communications:** Support in creating and reviewing basic copy for various channels: blog, social media, simple emails, landing pages, newsletters; Support social media publishing by scheduling posts, adjusting captions per guidance, and organizing visual assets; Support blog content publishing, including CMS post uploads, basic formatting (titles, subtitles, links, images), and simple text reviews (spelling, clarity, consistency). **HubSpot & CRM Operations:** **Support operational tasks in HubSpot, such as:** creating and making simple adjustments to landing pages and forms; creating and reviewing marketing emails; organizing lists and sending email campaigns; Support in organizing simple workflows, always under team supervision; Maintain organization and standardization of information in the CRM. **Organization & Processes:** Support in organizing and maintaining the content editorial calendar; Support tracking team deliverables’ status; Support documenting operational processes within the department. **Events:** **Operational support for events, when required:** managing guest lists, handling registrations, and supporting pre- and post-event communications. **✅ Requirements to Join Us:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Enjoy writing and possess strong command of the Portuguese language; Organized and detail-oriented; Eager to learn and execute.
