As an intern, you will work on **data analysis and supporting operational areas**, directly contributing to business decision-making. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Exploring databases and developing **SQL** queries to support operational and strategic decisions; * Interacting with managers and supervisors at the Distribution Center to understand processes and gather business requirements; * Participating in continuous improvement projects in the Logistics area; * Translating business needs into KPIs, dashboards, and analyses that support decision-making; * Updating and enhancing management reports; * Addressing recurring analytical requests and developing new solutions for the area. **We seek students majoring in:** Engineering (Production, Computer, and related fields), Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related disciplines; * Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency; * Analytical, organized, curious mindset with strong willingness to learn; * Good communication skills to collaborate effectively across different company departments; * Interest in technology, data analysis, and logistics processes. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Knowledge of **SQL** (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, and subqueries); * Experience with or exposure to **Oracle**; * Familiarity with **WMS (Warehouse Management System)**; * Understanding of logistics KPIs such as **SLA, lead time, freight cost, occupancy, and productivity**. **Internship stipend: R$ 1.500,00** **Benefits:** * Free on-site meals; * Transportation allowance of R$ 200.00; * Birthday Day Off to enjoy as you wish; **Work model:** Hybrid (a mix of in-office and remote days coordinated with your manager). **Working hours:** 30 hours per week, with flexible schedules to balance internship with undergraduate studies.
