Here, you will support different areas with technical assistance and customer service, monitor performance indicators, assist in corporate governance, and play a key role in managing our 5S program. On a day-to-day basis, your focus will be on processes: mapping and implementing improvements using BPMN, developing forms, leading action plans, and participating in internal audits to ensure everything runs smoothly.
