In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your teamwork, cooperativeness, agility, and organizational skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Quality Control in Shipping * Ensure compliance and integrity of medications * Verify items and condition of products * Inventory Organization * Arrange and manage physical placement of shipping materials * Maintain organization of materials, boxes, items, etc. * Packaging and Labeling * Prepare packages with correct labels/invoices/documentation * Verify ZIP code, address, and match invoice (NF) vs. DANFE * System Updates * Record movements in the Control Spreadsheet * Report shipment date, invoice number, and packaging responsible person to keep the spreadsheet updated Requirements: If you possess strong communication skills, personal organization, and proficiency in Excel, this position is for you! **Work Location:** Santo Antônio de Lisboa \- Florianópolis. **Working Hours:** Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM \- 100% on-site.
