Working Hours: Business hours, Monday to Friday. Main Responsibilities: \- Complete product listing (description, photos, variations, SEO, tags, and technical specifications); \- Updating banners, showcases, and highlights on the homepage and category pages; \- Creating, configuring, and monitoring promotions and seasonal campaigns; \- Organizing and maintaining the category tree and search filters; \- Supporting the marketing team in launching promotional campaigns on the website; \- Ensuring visual and textual standardization of products according to the brand guidelines; \- Assisting in monitoring website performance (top-selling products, stockouts, etc.); \- Maintaining integrations between ERP and marketplaces; \- Providing customer service via chat, WhatsApp, and other digital channels; \- Direct coordination with inventory and customer service teams; \- Managing returns, exchanges, and after-sales activities; \- Social media posting and management; \- Supporting general commercial operations of the company. Requirements: Prior experience with e-commerce platforms; knowledge of SEO and best practices for product listing; familiarity with banners, campaigns, and online promotions; proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); experience with Bling ERP.
