Description: Main Responsibility: Ensure technical quality and visual standardization of all graphic materials and assets produced by Ábaco Urbanizadora and its developments, preparing final files for digital and print distribution, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and excellence in finishing. Job Description: * Perform technical finishing of graphic designs (printed materials, OOH, catalogs, brochures, panels, banners and advertisements). * Adapt campaign formats for different media and proportions (digital and offline). * Correct and review files received from designers, ensuring visual consistency. * Adjust bleeds, margins, colors, typography and resolution according to vendor specifications. * Generate final files ready for printing (PDF/X\-1a, AI, TIFF, etc.) or for digital publication (JPEG, PNG, HTML5\). * Conduct artwork reviews and proofs with the Head of Creative and Production team. * Support Events and Production teams in preparing artwork for stands, panels and signage. * Organize and archive final files in the marketing management system (M: drives and shared directories). * Control versions, dates and approved layouts, avoiding rework or use of outdated files. * Assist in the final review of institutional materials before sending to agencies, printers and suppliers. Education: * Technical or Higher Education degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Production or related fields. Experience: In graphic art finishing and file preparation for print and digital. Other Qualifications: * Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Corel (basic) and prepress. * Experience with OOH materials, signage and event production.
