**OPEN POSITION: CONTROLLER / COST ANALYST
Location: Pedra Branca Neighborhood\- Palhoça – SC**

A rapidly growing nautical industry company based in Palhoça is seeking a Controller/Cost Analyst to join its finance team. If you are analytical, results-driven, and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you!
**Job Responsibilities:**
* **Budget Preparation:** Support in developing and consolidating the company’s annual budget, integrating revenue, cost, and expense projections.
* **Forecasts and Financial Projections:** Analyze current performance and simulate future scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
* **Feasibility Studies:** Assess profitability of new projects and investments, projecting economic and financial returns.
* **Management Reporting:** Produce income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, balance sheets, and other key performance indicators.
* **Performance and Variance Analysis:** Compare budgeted vs. actual results, identifying variances and their root causes.
* **KPI Monitoring:** Track profit margin, EBITDA, break-even point, and other performance indicators.
* **Cost Management:** Monitor cost structure and identify opportunities for optimization.
* **Product Profitability Analysis:** Support selling price determination, considering target margins and commercial viability.
* **Internal Control:** Assist in defining and improving processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Analytical and critical thinking profile with strong logical reasoning;
* Intermediate/advanced Office suite proficiency (Excel is essential);
* Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactivity, and resilience;
* Prior experience in controller and cost analysis functions.
