We have an excellent professional development opportunity for you. **Position: Young Apprentice – Reception** **Job Responsibilities:** Assist in welcoming patients and visitors arriving at the clinic or hospital, performing administrative tasks such as: entering registration information into the system, requesting document signatures, and directing individuals to the appropriate department; Assist in patient care by scheduling appointments, accommodating walk-in patients, and/or providing guidance; Deliver documents to patients (e.g., test reports, medical certificates, prescriptions, medical records, etc.); Request and follow up on authorizations for scheduled procedures with health insurance providers; Perform other duties related to the department as required. **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Salary:** R$829.84 per month **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal/food allowance of R$20.00 per working day, uniform, and a birthday leave day.
