Strong teamwork skills and dynamism Provide outstanding service to customers in the dining area, ensuring a positive experience through efficient, courteous, and well-organized service. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve customers in the dining area * Take orders and advise customers on the menu * Serve food and beverages * Organize and clean tables and the dining area * Ensure high-quality service * Support the overall organization of the restaurant **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a waiter * Experience working in hotels or restaurants **Work Schedule** * 7 hours 20 minutes of work \+ 1-hour break * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off * Available shifts: 07:00 AM to 3:20 PM 08:00 AM to 4:20 PM 03:00 PM to 11:20 PM Requirements: * Completed high school education * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule * Strong teamwork skills * Adaptability to a dynamic and high-pressure routine Benefits * Commission (wine list) * Health and dental insurance * Transportation allowance or company-provided transportation with stops at strategic locations in Florianópolis/RS * Profit-sharing and performance-based bonuses * Temporary accommodation (3 months) * All meals provided free of charge at the restaurant (for residents) * Recreational facilities for employees (gym, swimming pool, sports courts) located in a dedicated employee area. * Exclusive internal benefits (free barbershop and beauty salon for women).
