Now, we want you on our team! We currently have an opening for a **Production Supervisor**, seeking professionals eager to learn, develop, and make a difference daily. Your main responsibilities will include: * Defining and monitoring shift production targets, ensuring adherence to PCP scheduling, operational priorities, and preventive maintenance plans. * Supervising and guiding the operational team, assigning tasks related to preparation, operation, adjustments, setup, quality inspection, and line replenishment. * Managing shift personnel, supporting hiring, training, performance evaluation, discipline, vacation planning, and team engagement. * Coordinating and engaging support departments (maintenance, procurement, quality, and other areas) to resolve production deviations, machine downtime, and resource consumption issues. * Ensuring equipment organization and maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and continuous improvement of production processes, guaranteeing product quality. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; * Prior experience in industrial production; * Experience in leadership and operational team management; * Skills in production process planning and organization; * Knowledge of occupational safety standards and good manufacturing practices; * Proactive profile, strong communication skills, and decision-making ability.
