People with disabilities are warmly welcomed. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct audits of maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with manuals and manufacturer specifications used in JCA Group operations. * Implement new maintenance processes according to updates provided by manufacturers and suppliers. * Analyze component and process failures, preparing technical reports to improve maintenance indicators and fleet performance. * Implement and monitor real-time vehicle performance indicators. * Support alignment of training programs for drivers and mechanics based on performance indicators. * Develop operational parameters and statistical performance analyses using field-collected data and system data. * Lead scheduled follow-up meetings defined by the department. * Conduct studies and propose performance improvements for the maintenance area. * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering. * Experience in maintenance, maintenance engineering, or quality. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Postgraduate degree in fields related to the role. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 17:48 (Availability for **weekend shift coverage**, when required.) **BENEFITS:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * On-site meal * Transportation allowance * On-site gym Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$7.540,45 – R$8.506,35 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
