




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Coordinator to perform strategic and operational HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, organizational culture, people development, and HR management. Development of Job Classification and Compensation Plan and Performance Evaluation We are looking for an **HR Coordinator** to work strategically and operationally in a company with approximately 40 employees. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conducting **Recruitment and Selection** (internal and external) * Structuring and strengthening **organizational culture** * Developing a **Job Classification and Compensation Plan** * Implementing and managing **Performance Evaluation** * Leadership development and internal programs (e.g., Coffee with the President) * Managing **internal marketing and internal communication** * Organizing monthly meetings and leadership meetings * Leading external social initiatives * Full **onboarding** management (welcome, integration, data, e\-mails, processes) * Supporting employee offboarding * Managing HR KPIs, organizational charts, and staffing plans * After 90 days: assuming responsibility for **Personnel Department** data management (payroll processed by external accounting firm) **DESIRED PROFILE:** We seek a professional with strategic vision, ability to structure and organize, and proactive leadership—someone who enjoys developing people, creating processes, and reinforcing culture.
