Job Summary:
Professional to handle onboarding, termination, vacation, payroll and related statutory charges, time tracking, and client support.

**Responsibilities:**
* Handle onboarding, termination, and vacation processes;
* Manage and close electronic time tracking records;
* Enter and verify payroll and related statutory charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF);
* Generate and verify labor-related forms (eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, etc.);
* Monitor employee absences, medical certificates, and leave requests;
* Maintain up-to-date employee records and physical/digital files;
* Provide client support regarding payroll and HR department processes.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, or related fields preferred);
* Previous experience in this role;
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
* Familiarity with payroll systems (Domínio);
* Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Training in Human Resources or eSocial;
* Experience working in accounting firms.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$3.700,00 per month
