Opportunity for professionals with good physical fitness and discipline We are looking for professionals to work as Dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and essential support for kitchen operations. This is an operational position that requires good physical fitness, discipline, and commitment—critical to maintaining quality standards and hygiene in the environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and support areas * Sanitize countertops, equipment, and surfaces * Assist in maintaining a clean environment * Perform proper waste disposal **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience in kitchens or operational services **Work Schedule** * 7 hours 20 minutes of work \+ 1-hour break * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Available shifts: 07:00 AM to 3:20 PM 08:00 AM to 4:20 PM 03:00 PM to 11:20 PM Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Availability to work on a 6-on/1-off rotating schedule * Ability to work well in a team * Willingness to handle a dynamic routine and work under pressure Benefits * Health and dental insurance * Transportation allowance or company-provided transportation with stops at strategic locations in Florianópolis/SC * Profit-sharing and performance-based bonuses * Temporary housing (for 3 months) * All meals provided free of charge at the restaurant (for residents) * Leisure facilities for employees (gym, swimming pool, sports courts) in designated employee areas. * Exclusive internal benefits (free barbershop and beauty salon for women).
