The company aims to streamline the recruitment and selection process for both companies and professionals. **Responsibilities:** You will work at an advanced Aesthetic Clinic, performing the following functions: Prospecting new clients by conducting market research and identifying potential opportunities and segments. Providing consultative customer service, overseeing the entire sales process—from service presentation to deal closure. Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating terms and deadlines. Following up with clients to ensure successful sales closures and delivering excellent post-sales service. Analyzing performance results, monitoring KPIs, and suggesting improvements to optimize performance. Organizing events and promotional campaigns to boost sales and strengthen relationships with the target audience. Collaborating with Marketing and Post-Sales departments to ensure a complete and delightful customer experience. Using CRM tools to maintain updated records of customers and leads and track the sales funnel. Continuously updating knowledge on market trends, competitors, and industry developments in aesthetics and beauty. Position located in Florianópolis / SC.
