Our **\#team Back Office** is seeking a professional to join us as a **Back Office Analyst in the Management Area** :)
This is a hybrid opportunity based at our office in the Trindade neighborhood, Florianópolis/SC.
**Your main responsibilities and activities will include:**
* Managing the energy consumer portfolio in the Free Energy Market, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards;
* Performing energy balancing for consumer customers (analyzing energy purchase and sale requirements) and controlling purchase and sale energy billing;
* Executing operations (financial obligations, reports, metering, general file searches, etc.) in the SCDE and CliqCCEE systems;
* Staying updated on energy sector norms and regulations, advising the team and customers on market changes and their impacts;
* Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating information related to purchase and sale energy billing, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and adjusting processes;
* Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating information related to financial obligations, performing allocation when necessary;
* Guiding and supervising the activities of interns in the area.
* Analyzing customer seasonality and submitting results to counterparties within deadlines.
* Monitoring integration between the internal systems Integra and SiiG.
