If you enjoy interacting with people, are results-oriented, and want to grow within a dynamic and welcoming environment, this opportunity is for you. **About the Role** You will be responsible for **handling incoming leads** generated through our campaigns, ensuring each individual has an exceptional experience—from the first contact through to enrollment. **Main Responsibilities** * Contact leads via **WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail**; * Conduct **initial outreach**, understanding each person's profile and objectives; * **Update spreadsheets** and keep the **CRM** (lead management system) up to date; * **Monitor the sales funnel**, updating each lead’s status according to progress; * Participate in **alignment meetings** with the marketing and management teams; * Contribute **suggestions for improving** the customer service and conversion process. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **sales or commercial customer service** (preferably in gyms, clinics, or wellness centers); * Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc.); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and proactivity in tracking contacts; * Genuine passion for interacting with people and helping customers achieve their goals. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **consultative sales** or CRM-based customer service; * Experience with **paid traffic or sales funnels**; * Proficiency in **Excel/Google Sheets**. **Benefits** * Free access to the **A Fitness 24h gym**; * **Birthday day off**; * **Discounts with network partners**; * Participation in **incentive campaigns and goal-setting initiatives**; * **Dynamic and collaborative environment** with real growth opportunities.
