**Activities:** * Develop strategic production plans, defining production targets, quality standards and deadlines, effectively coordinating human and material resources and rigorously supervising the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with all established standards; * Provide leadership by offering guidance, training and motivation to the production team, ensuring the development of a highly skilled and cohesive team capable of achieving production goals efficiently and with high quality; * Continuously monitor equipment performance, conducting detailed analyses to identify opportunities for improvements that increase the efficient utilization of productive resources; * Efficiently coordinate all activities related to internal logistics, including receiving, storage and distribution of materials, aiming to optimize processes and ensure smooth production flow; * Collaborate in developing comprehensive workplace safety policies and procedures, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations; * Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products and processes meet established quality standards, identifying and correcting any deviations; * Significantly contribute to strategic planning by aligning industrial strategy with the organization's overall objectives, identifying growth and efficiency opportunities; * Be responsible for managing the industrial area budget, ensuring financial resources are effectively allocated through monitoring department accounts, analyzing indicators, identifying variances from targets and implementing action plans to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness; * Constantly monitor production, quality and efficiency KPIs, analyzing detailed data to identify trends, improvement areas and support data-driven decision-making; * Stay continuously updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements, evaluating their potential application to improve processes and efficiency; * Foster a work environment that values collaboration, encouraging idea exchange and teamwork among all members of the industrial team; * Act as a mediator and resolver of internal conflicts, addressing issues effectively to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment; * Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations in all industrial operations, implementing measures and practices that minimize environmental impact; * Establish strong and effective working relationships with other departments such as sales, marketing and research and development, promoting interdepartmental collaboration and achieving common organizational goals; * Ensure all teams within the industrial area are aligned with the vision and strategies defined by senior management, effectively communicating and implementing leadership directives; * Manage the team by overseeing vacations and salaries, analyzing individual performance, addressing employees' social needs and fostering commitment; * Coordinate and develop activities related to TPM methodology, forming employee teams for continuous improvement, training them in the use of tools to identify and eliminate waste, always aiming to improve OEE. **Responsibilities:** * Ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of industrial operations, as well as achievement of production, quality and safety targets, by managing production and internal logistics teams to meet the company's strategic objectives. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven and solid experience in TPM * Experience leading industrial teams with focus on continuous improvement and OEE enhancement; * Strong knowledge of production processes, internal logistics and quality control; * Proficiency in managing industrial performance indicators (production, quality, efficiency); * Experience in budget management and industrial cost control; * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Production or related fields. **PJ contract
