Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, organizing, controlling, and distributing construction materials and tools, ensuring efficient warehouse management. Key Highlights: 1. Additional allowances: 30% hazard pay, Overtime (when necessary); Employment type: CLT Location: Saco dos Limões, Florianópolis (SC) Working hours: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM \- 1:15 PM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities: Receive goods (construction materials and tools); Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards and regulations; Verify invoices, checking quantities, specifications, and quality of received items; Monitor material inflows and outflows; Distribute materials according to internal department and construction site requirements; Conduct periodic visits to departments and construction sites for local inventory verification; Prepare periodic inventories; Identify restocking needs and notify the responsible department; Ensure organization, control, and security of materials. Mandatory requirement: Relevant work experience and Driver's License Category B Education: High school diploma or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Required competencies and skills: Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, verbal and written communication; ability to work under pressure; adherence to rules and procedures; digital literacy and familiarity with digital tools. **Knowledge areas:** Digital literacy; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); use of digital tools (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, WhatsApp and others); inventory organization and control; management of material distribution across departments and company construction sites; construction materials; invoice (NF) or purchase request verification; working with rules and regulations; basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. Behavioral profile: Proactivity, discretion, agility, responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. Advantage: Experience in the civil construction sector (medium- and large-scale projects).
