Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, organized, and communicative Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects, organize the construction site, manage inventory, prepare daily reports, and assist with safety. Strong verbal and written communication **OPEN POSITION: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** We are looking for a committed, organized, and communicative **Construction Supervisor** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor construction progress; * Organize the construction site and maintain strict control over **material inventory**; * Produce **daily reports**, including **photos and relevant information** on project progress; * **Assist with workplace and structural safety**; * Maintain **clear and respectful communication** with all personnel in the work environment, including **property owners and technical teams**. **Requirements:** * Proven qualification as a Building Technician or in related fields * Experience in civil construction projects; * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication; * Knowledge of inventory control and material documentation; * Basic understanding of occupational safety. **Work Location:** Campinas \- São José **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Contract Type: To be determined** If you are proactive, responsible, and understand the importance of organization and safety in construction, **please send your resume to rh@engetecreformas.com.br with the subject line: “Construction Supervisor”**.
