Job Summary: Professional responsible for entering invoices, managing payments, controlling inventory, and organizing warehouses on construction sites, with a focus on continuous improvement. Description: What we expect from you: * Completed high school education. * Relevant work experience. * Intermediate Excel skills. It would be a plus if you have: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Administration or related fields). * More than two years of relevant work experience. * Knowledge of the Sienge ERP. * Familiarity with material/product storage and handling techniques. * Knowledge of stock inventory control techniques. * Experience with construction site materials and equipment. * Knowledge of tax/financial regulations. * Advanced Excel skills. Key Deliverables: * Enter invoices for all construction sites and generate Payment Authorizations (PAs) in the Sienge ERP. * Guide contractors’ accountants on correct invoice issuance, based on Engineering measurement reports. * Request invoices from contractors for entry and generation of PAs. * Physically and digitally (in the Sienge ERP) control asset inventory on construction sites. * Verify submission of mandatory documentation from third parties/contractors for validation and payment of measurements. * Manage material transfers between construction sites and perform financial reconciliations in the Sienge ERP. * Promote best practices in warehouses and support standardized organization across all construction sites. * Develop tools, reports, and dashboards for analysis and decision-making. * Audit and ensure up-to-date, accurate stock management on construction sites. * Participate in quality improvement programs, training sessions, and capacity-building events. * Identify, propose, and monitor continuous improvement actions. * Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness. * Comply with internal policies and safety procedures. 2512120202501915671
