Job Summary: This role involves managing fiscal documentation, inventory control, and supporting supply chain efficiency in construction projects through system utilization and continuous improvement. Participation in continuous improvement and process standardization. Description: What we expect from you: * Completed high school education. * Relevant work experience. * Intermediate Excel skills. It would be a plus if you have: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Business Administration or related fields). * More than two years of relevant work experience. * Knowledge of ERP Sienge. * Knowledge of warehousing and material/product handling techniques. * Inventory and stock control techniques. * Experience with construction site materials and equipment. * Knowledge of tax/fiscal regulations. * Advanced Excel skills. Key Responsibilities: * Record invoices for all construction sites and generate Payment Authorizations (AP) in the ERP Sienge system. * Guide contractors’ accountants on correct invoice issuance based on Engineering Measurement Reports. * Request invoices from contractors for recording and generating APs. * Physically and digitally (in ERP Sienge) manage asset inventory across construction sites. * Verify submission of mandatory documentation from third parties/contractors for validation and payment of measurements. * Manage material transfers between construction sites and perform financial reconciliations in ERP Sienge. * Promote best practices in warehouses and support standardized organization across all construction sites. * Develop tools, reports, and dashboards for analysis and decision-making. * Audit and ensure up-to-date, accurate stock management at construction sites. * Participate in quality improvement programs, training sessions, and capacity-building events. * Identify, propose, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness. * Comply with internal policies and safety procedures. 2512120202501915671
