As a Cost Planning and Control Analyst, you will conduct technical analyses of construction progress by evaluating physical planning, interpreting performance indicators, and verifying operational adherence — all to ensure predictability, control, and safety during project execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Analyze physical construction progress by verifying measurements, assessing productivity, and interpreting data to maintain accuracy; * Evaluate adherence to the plan by comparing planned versus actual progress, identifying deviations, and analyzing root causes to guide corrective actions; * Conduct technical validations of scenarios by analyzing constraints, interpreting interferences, and reviewing schedule impacts to ensure operational consistency; * Prepare technical reports by consolidating indicators, reviewing curves, and organizing evidence to provide visibility to the coordinator; * Support complex schedule analyses by studying critical paths, evaluating alternatives, and proposing actions to facilitate sound decision-making; * Monitor technical risks by observing bottlenecks, analyzing incidents, and documenting vulnerabilities to anticipate impacts; * Track information from Engineering and Projects by reviewing technical solutions and validating alignment with planning to maintain coherence; * Update control tools and systems by entering data, reviewing assumptions, and verifying calculations to ensure precision; * Address operational requests from the POC by analyzing requests, communicating needs, and forwarding adjustments to sustain workflow; * Serve as the team’s technical reference by guiding analysts and supporting advanced queries to strengthen departmental maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields **Desirable:** MBA or Postgraduate degree; Experience in construction planning and control; **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Familiarity with SIENG ERP, PREVISION, and AutoCAD BIM 5D systems; Planning, monitoring, and controlling activities and costs; Analysis of KPIs and management reports; Budgetary control and deadline tracking; Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; Analytical ability and attention to detail; Organization and priority management; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Proactivity and results orientation; Willingness to travel; Analytical mindset and effective communication. **Additional Information** Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
