We are looking for a Junior Project Management Analyst to support the management of Customer Program initiatives at the Center, acting as the liaison between insights generated by the Customer Experience technical team and execution by business areas, ensuring project updates and visibility. This person will play a critical role in governing action plans focused on improving customer experience and increasing operational efficiency, ensuring organization, visibility, cadence, and alignment for business-led deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the management of Customer Program initiatives at the Center, monitoring schedules, deliverables, and metrics. * Structure and monitor action plans defined based on customer experience research and analysis. * Ensure governance of action plans led by business areas, guaranteeing clarity on scope, owners, deadlines, and status. * Consolidate and update tracking metrics (KPIs) for initiatives related to customer experience and operational efficiency. * Prepare executive materials and reports for governance forums and review rituals. * Identify risks, deviations, and dependencies, supporting business areas in defining mitigation plans.
