Here are the activities that will be part of your daily routine: ● Responsible for purchasing goods, stationery, and storage; ● Identify the need for new item orders; ● Sending correspondence; ● Sorting and organizing shipment of goods to regional offices; ● Structural organization of the headquarters; ● Telephone contact for budget confirmations and event follow-ups; ● Telephone or messaging contact with members, professionals, etc.; ● Sending invitations, information, and communications via telephone, WhatsApp, and email; ● Registering items in the system; ● Traveling to purchase materials; ● Managing returns of leased items, including billing for item shipments; Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
