




The Legion of Good Will – LGW is hiring a **Social Educator**: The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, as well as fostering community development and integration for groups facing social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities aimed at strengthening individual skills and raising awareness of fundamental rights and guarantees—thus enabling individuals to overcome challenges and build autonomous life projects in pursuit of a supportive, altruistic, and ecumenical society. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement socioeducational activities—including dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, artistic–cultural activities, and leisure initiatives—to strengthen bonds among service users, their families, and unit staff; * Engage in continuous professional development to acquire general knowledge, thematic expertise, and competencies relevant to contemporary society and citizenship, thereby contributing to the definition of service objectives and guiding principles; * Assist service beneficiaries in the dining hall and foster their autonomy through practical support and confidence-building skill development; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred)** * Prior experience in the “Coexistence and Bond-Strengthening Service” (SCFV) is desirable; * Availability to work during required hours; **Additional Information** * Workload: **150 hours per month** * Working Hours: **7:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance—available after formal employment; * Dental insurance—available after formal employment; * SESC membership benefits; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities—**Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building programs.
