




We are looking for a **Senior Quality Analyst (QA)** to work on highly complex projects, playing a strategic role in ensuring the quality of critical, distributed, and data-oriented solutions. This person will serve as the quality reference within the team, collaborating closely with **software engineering, data, product, and technical leadership**, ensuring deliverables meet functional and non-functional requirements, as well as performance, reliability, and user experience standards. The context involves scalable systems, complex integrations, multiple data flows, and a constant need for observability, failure prevention, and continuous quality improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a **Senior QA**, serving as the team’s technical quality reference * Plan, execute, and evolve strategies for **functional and non-functional testing** * Engage from early stages (refinement and planning), ensuring “shift-left” quality practices * Create and maintain **test scenarios**, test plans, and acceptance criteria * Execute manual and automated tests on APIs, back-end, integrations, and, where applicable, front-end * Ensure quality in **distributed and event-driven environments** * Support **performance, load, stress, and reliability testing** * Collaborate closely with developers to prevent defects * Conduct failure analysis, critical bug investigation, and **root cause analysis (RCA)** * Contribute to evolving **CI/CD pipelines with automated testing** * Support defining quality metrics and system health indicators **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as a **Senior QA / Quality Analyst or equivalent role** * Strong knowledge of **testing processes, techniques, and strategies** * Experience with **API testing, integrations, and distributed systems** * Hands-on experience with **test automation** (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Postman/Newman or similar) * Knowledge of **non-functional testing** (performance, load, basic security) * Experience in **agile environments** (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrids) * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and product teams * Analytical, critical mindset focused on problem prevention **Additional Information** * Experience with **observability applied to quality** (logs, metrics, traces for validation and failure analysis) * Experience in **high-scale or mission-critical projects** * Knowledge of **data testing, pipelines, or data quality validation** * Experience with **cloud-based testing** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Prior experience as a **strategic QA / Quality Coach** * Involvement in strategic and technically challenging projects * Strong collaboration with engineering, data, and product teams * Autonomy to propose quality and process improvements * A collaborative environment focused on technical excellence * Work model and benefits aligned with market standards **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
