The Basic Education Teacher is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing pedagogical practices aligned with the political-pedagogical project of Colégio Jardim Anchieta. Key responsibilities include fostering student learning, stimulating holistic development, and contributing to the cognitive, socioemotional, and ethical development of students in Early Childhood Education, Elementary School, and/or High School.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist students, teachers, and staff with book and teaching material lending, returns, and reservations;
* Organize the physical collection (books, magazines, newspapers, and periodicals), ensuring their preservation and proper condition for use;
* Assist in cataloging, identification, and maintenance of the collection;
* Monitor return deadlines and issue reminders in case of delays;
* Support the organization of school-promoted reading incentive events and projects;
* Supervise library space usage, maintaining a quiet and study-conducive environment;
* Conduct periodic collection inventories, reporting losses or damages;
* Support the librarian or unit’s technical supervisor in administrative and operational tasks.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed technical education in Administration, Economics, Secretarial Studies, or Library Science;
* Or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Library Science, Secretarial Studies, Pedagogy, or Letters.
**Desirable Knowledge:**
* Microsoft Office (basic level);
* Library management systems (preferred);
* Collection organization and archival techniques.
**Additional Information**
* **On-site work in Florianópolis/SC.**
* **Employment Type:** CLT
* **Working Hours:** 25 hours per week \- Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
