Assist in the procurement of IT equipment **Job Description:** ---------------------- The IT Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the company's IT equipment and technology infrastructure. This includes handling service requests, providing user support, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals, supporting basic network and VPN configurations, and assisting in the procurement of IT equipment to ensure technological resources align with business needs.
