Job Summary: We are seeking an IT intern to provide technical support to users, assisting with maintenance, installation, and user assistance, ensuring optimal service performance. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in technical support and maintenance of laptops and software. 2. Provide user support and assist in organizing materials. 3. Support analysts in projects and information security activities. We are looking for an IT intern to provide technical support to Teltec Solutions' users. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Assist in and perform laptop maintenance; * Install and uninstall software; * Provide user support; * Document procedures; * Assist in ensuring smooth internal service operations and organizing IT materials; * Support solutions analysts in projects; * Perform other duties relevant to the position; * Support activities related to the information security management system.
