It's a plus if you have: * Completed elementary education. * 4 years of experience (including 2 years with the same employer). * Experience in MCMV projects. * Knowledge of material types, construction methods, and drawing reading/interpretation. * Ability to interpret drawings and ensure correct service execution. * Ability to guide and supervise teams (Finishing/Masonry/Structure/Installations), ensuring deadlines and quality. * Ability to calculate material resources and optimize their use. * Ensuring site organization, cleanliness, and safety. * Monitoring and verifying the quality of services performed by third parties. * Conducting training sessions to qualify workers. * Proposing and monitoring continuous improvement actions. * Maintaining materials and equipment. * Adhering to internal regulations and occupational safety standards. 2512120202501325492
