Job Summary: This Apprentice role at Hospital Care's Florianópolis Hub involves supporting administrative activities in Medical Relations, assisting with physician interactions, and organizing institutional items and communications. If you seek personal and professional development and are interested in working as an **Apprentice**, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in administrative activities of the Medical Relations department, supporting the team in daily routines. * Support customer service and relationship management with surgical and institutional physicians of the group, directing requests to the responsible team when necessary. * Assist in requesting and organizing institutional items for physicians, such as parking permits, lab coats, ID badges, and related materials. * Support the promotion and encouragement of physician participation in satisfaction surveys (NPS), contributing to monitoring clinical staff experience. * Assist in recording, organizing, and forwarding physicians' requests, inquiries, or issues to the respective area managers. * Provide support in administrative routines related to claim appeal processes and audit-related pending items associated with the clinical staff. * Support tracking and organization of birthday gifts and commemorative initiatives directed toward physicians. * Assist in organizing sector-related information, spreadsheets, and administrative controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and email). * Strong communication skills and interest in learning administrative routines. * Availability to fulfill the scheduled working hours of the apprenticeship program. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Meal Allowance – Pluxee Multibenefit Card (Sodexo); * Transportation Allowance; * UNIMED Health Plan; * Amil Dental Dental Plan, extendable to dependents and affiliates; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Training platform.
