**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform school administrative routines, contributing to the organization of internal processes and ensuring smooth administrative and personnel management operations.
* Organize, control, and archive administrative and institutional documents, maintaining up-to-date physical and digital records.
* Enter and update data in control systems and spreadsheets, monitoring deadlines and administrative requests from coordination and leadership.
* Disseminate notices and circulars, and support the dissemination of information among the secretariat, coordination, teachers, and leadership. Carry out People & Management-related processes, including recruitment and selection, resume screening, onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, receipt of medical certificates, and follow-up on periodic health examinations.
* Assist in supervising interns and apprentices, as well as managing hour banks, scheduling time off, and organizing vacation schedules.
* Support onboarding initiatives for new employees, organizational climate actions, and employee engagement surveys.
* Contribute to organizing administrative materials and provide support for secretarial routines and other tasks requested by leadership.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related fields (in progress).
* Prior experience in administrative and People & Management routines will be considered an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and ease using systems and spreadsheets.
**Additional Information**
* **On-site work in Florianópolis/SC.**
* **Employment type:** CLT
* **Working hours:** 44 hours per week — Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM
