If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan, oversee, and execute inspection, supervision, construction monitoring, and other activities related to contracted processes, in accordance with internal procedures and current safety standards, aiming to meet the defined schedule and optimize cost, quality, and productivity. **Detailed Description:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering * Experience in industrial electrical installations * Field experience (installation, commissioning, or maintenance) * Knowledge of NR\-10 * Knowledge of NBR 5410 and NBR 14039 * Experience ensuring compliance of installations with technical standards * Experience with electrical panels, motor control centers (MCCs), and distribution boards * Knowledge of low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams * Experience managing or coordinating technical teams * Organizational and frontline work leadership skills * Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Experience in medium- and large-scale industries; * Prior experience in project management. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Knowledge of NR\-10 (basic \+ SEP); * Knowledge of NR\-35 (work at heights); * Electrical protection courses; * LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) training; * Industrial commissioning courses. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Santa Catarina * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Totalpass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
