Job Summary: Coordinate technical and operational activities in a compounding laboratory, ensuring quality, safety, and traceability while leading and developing the technical team. We are seeking a **Compounding Pharmacist** eager to grow alongside this team, contributing technical leadership, attention to detail, and passion for the compounding segment. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate technical and operational activities of the compounding laboratory. Ensure compliance with **ANVISA** regulations and Good Compounding Practices. Guarantee quality, safety, and traceability of formulations. Perform formula verification and monitor production processes. Lead and engage the technical team, fostering a collaborative and continuously learning environment. Participate in developing new formulations and updating SOPs. Support internal and external audits. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in **Pharmacy**. Minimum 2 years of experience in compounding pharmacy. Experience in R\&D (Research and Development) of new formulations. Proven knowledge of Good Compounding Practices. People management and laboratory routine skills. Proficiency in quality control tools. Desired Technical Competencies: Experience with PED (Formula Research, Study, and Development). Continuous updates on pharmaceutical innovation. Experience in compounding **solid, liquid, and semisolid** dosage forms. Knowledge of process and SOP validation. Familiarity with internal and external audits. Behavioral Competencies: Organization, attention to detail, and strong technical responsibility. Proactivity in suggesting process improvements.
