Engineering & Architecture office located in the city center of Florianópolis. You will be responsible for ensuring structural safety and feasibility of projects, directly performing calculations, validation, and technical management of structures — especially precast concrete structures. **What we offer:** · Employment contract: CLT (On-site) · Salary: **R$ 10.000 to R$ 15.000** (negotiable based on experience) · Benefits card · UNIMED health insurance plan · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (including lunch break) **Requirements and Responsibilities:** * Education: Civil Engineering degree (mandatory) * Structural design of precast concrete structures * Definition and validation of structural models (calculation software) * Modeling and validation using structural analysis software * Development of technical solutions compatible with architecture and other disciplines * Technical management of project teams (from inception to completion) * Technical support to clients and internal teams * Participation in technical project presentation meetings with clients * Issuance of ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation) for involved projects * Ensuring compliance with technical standards * Strict adherence to deadlines and internal procedures * Optimization of solutions aiming at cost reduction and constructability * Maintenance of organization and traceability of calculations and documents * Validation of design assumptions * Technical accountability for calculation decisions * Support for continuous improvement of internal processes **What you must master:** * Structural calculation software (TQS, SAP, Eberick, Cype or similar) * Experience with reinforced and/or precast concrete * Interpretation of technical standards * Reading and coordination of project drawings * Strong analytical ability * Advantage: Experience with steel structures Compensation: R$10,000.00 - R$15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Precast concrete (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
