Job Summary: A nursing professional to perform consultations, procedures, and monitor users' clinical progress while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and prescribing nursing care **Work Location: Tijucas \- SC** **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform nursing consultations, carry out procedures and group activities, and support other team professionals in clinical care; Administer medications whenever indicated; Perform wound dressings and conduct assessment, monitoring, and management of skin lesions; Monitor and analyze users' clinical progression; Plan and prescribe nursing care aimed at promoting and maintaining individual health; Develop and collaborate on the formulation and implementation of users' Individual Therapeutic Plans (ITPs), jointly with the multidisciplinary team; Work integrally with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and manage cases; Carry out user referral and counter-referral processes among network services; Participate in case studies, technical discussions, and continuing education activities in the health field; Encourage and strengthen the bond between users under follow-up, their families, and network health services in the territory; Record clearly, individually, and systematically all relevant consultation information in the user's medical record. **Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council of Santa Catarina State (COREN-SC); Experience in primary healthcare, mental health, or specialized care; Knowledge of ITP development and multidisciplinary team collaboration; Proficiency in nursing procedures and medication administration; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM or from 1:00 PM to 7:15 PM, with a 15-minute break. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.700,00 \- R$3\.900,00 per month Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 hours per week Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance License/Certification: * COREN (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
