Proficiency in using a combi steam oven Breakfast Kitchen Assistant (Hotel) We are looking for a kitchen assistant / breakfast assistant to join the hotel's breakfast team, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and dish presentation. **Requirements and Desired Profile** Be proactive, organized, and possess a sense of urgency. Demonstrate creativity and sensitivity to understand breakfast requirements. Possess proficiency in using a combi steam oven (cooking cycles, regeneration, and finishing). Be able to prepare basic bakery items (cakes, light doughs, toppings, creams, and assembly). Have strong skills in fruit cutting and preparation, ensuring aesthetic appeal and portion standardization. Adhere to kitchen-defined quality and presentation standards. Be capable of working collaboratively within a team, supporting other departments and covering shifts in other outlets as needed. Be committed, punctual, and cooperative. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in hotel breakfast service, bakery, or artisanal pastry. Basic knowledge of visually appealing dish plating and finishing. **Schedule and Location** From 5:30 AM to 1:50 PM, according to roster. Location: Zoom Restaurant – Near Itaguaçu Shopping Center.
