**Monitoring Operator – LOFT** **Location:** Rio Tavares Neighborhood – Florianópolis **Employment Type:** CLT \| On-site \| Full-time **About the Position** We are seeking a Monitoring Operator to work with CCTV systems across our facilities (Administrative Offices, Distribution Centers, and Stores). We are looking for an analytical individual who is passionate about technology and innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor cameras via the CCTV system; * Record information in spreadsheets and incident logs; * Request quotations and track service progress; * Provide general support when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong numerical aptitude; * Knowledge of computer networks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Hikvision; * Familiarity with Intelbras. **Additional Information** * Weekly working hours: 44 hours; * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM; * Position type: Permanent CLT contract; * Compensation: To be negotiated. **Benefits** * Health insurance (co-payment); * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Parking; * Discount on LOFT products.
