




We are looking for a **Restaurant Manager** responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, and guaranteeing business profitability. The professional will be responsible for team coordination, inventory management, financial control, and implementation of quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring organization and efficiency. * Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate staff (waiters, kitchen staff, cashiers, hosts/hostesses, etc.). * Ensure product quality, dish presentation, and customer service. * Monitor performance indicators (sales, costs, waste, customer satisfaction). * Place purchase orders, manage inventory, and maintain supplier relationships. * Create work schedules, manage time records, and supervise hygiene and safety regulations. * Resolve conflicts, complaints, and operational issues. * Track financial goals, conduct cost analyses, and assist in pricing decisions. * Ensure compliance with company policies and current legislation (ANVISA, CLT, etc.). **Requirements** * Previous experience as Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in the food and beverage industry. * Knowledge of personnel management, operational routines, and restaurant performance metrics. * Ability to solve problems and work under pressure. * Strong communication, leadership, and hands\-on attitude. * Familiarity with management systems (POS, ERP, inventory control). * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
